Having learnt that chia seeds are really re-hydrating, I made a few easy breakfast pots to start the week off right and have found that I feel full until lunchtime which means I avoid grazing! They were an inspiration from the Ibiza retreat and included - chia seeds, Greek yogurt, flax seed mix, oats, a squeeze of lemon, Greek yogurt again and frozen berries on top. Quite delicious!
Now that my feet are firmly back on the ground after having a baby boy, I decided that I should accept the invitation to an Ibiza retreat for mums and mums to be. The retreat was run by a good friend and PT who has helped me find ways to exercise throughout pregnancy and now back as me! The trip awakened my muscle memory and got me thinking about ways I could eat healthily back home without too much time preparation time required. It was an amazing experience with so many useful tips to bring back with me, and it was great to see how the workouts changed my skin from grey to vibrant!
Continuing to keep fit whilst carrying a baby bump can be difficult but keeping it up was something I was happy to do! It meant better circulation which added a glow to my skin and aided a peaceful nights sleep.
