Having learnt that chia seeds are really re-hydrating, I made a few easy breakfast pots to start the week off right and have found that I feel full until lunchtime which means I avoid grazing! They were an inspiration from the Ibiza retreat and included - chia seeds, Greek yogurt, flax seed mix, oats, a squeeze of lemon, Greek yogurt again and frozen berries on top. Quite delicious!
